ABOUT US

WHO WE ARE

MagnaMinds is an inclusive education and advocacy initiative supporting neurodivergent children, families, and educators—especially in communities with limited access to resources.

We believe neurodiversity is a natural part of human variation. Differences in how people think, learn, and communicate are not problems to be fixed—but realities to be understood and supported.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

True inclusion does not ask children to change who they are.
It asks systems to change how they support.

Inclusive education benefits everyone. It builds empathy, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and real-world readiness—inside and outside the classroom.

OUR VISION

A society where neurodiversity is recognized as a difference—not a weakness—and every child has the opportunity to realize their potential.

OUR MISSION

To address educational and social gaps by providing inclusive learning strategies, advocacy, and practical tools that empower children, parents, and educators to grow together.

Ryan W. Angouw
Founder

Ryan is the founder of MagnaMinds, driven by a deep belief that every child deserves to be understood, supported, and valued for who they are. From an early age, Ryan developed a strong curiosity about how children think, learn, and experience the world in different ways.

Through MagnaMinds, Ryan seeks to create spaces where inclusion is not an exception, but a foundation. He believes that education should nurture empathy, communication, and emotional intelligence—skills that are just as important as academic achievement.

As a young changemaker, Ryan is passionate about inspiring families, educators, and communities to embrace neurodiversity and work together in building environments where all kinds of minds can grow, connect, and thrive.

Real Growth. Real Connection

Families, educators, and communities share how inclusive education and meaningful support have made a difference in their journey.
